Lash Bestie co. was started in Las Vegas and is solely dedicated to the growth of Individuals in the lash industry. The company provides esources, mentorship, education and so much more. Our company values, characteristics and passion for lash industry all began in 2017 with a big dream for this industry.
Before Lash Bestie was even a thought, the CEO and founder Angelica Mack started her adult career in the marketing industry after graduating from UNLV in 2016 with what she thought was a marketing degree which actually turned out to be a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications (exactly). After her incredible but also bumpy time in college she figured it was time to jump right into the field and started working for a local PR agency full time.
Her time in that office was short lived as she quickly confirmed once again that the 9-5 desk life was not for her. She didn’t feel fulfilled, motivated or happy in the least bit. She left her desk job to do a unpaid internship with Life is Beautiful where she felt much more fulfilled and motivated because music/music festivals were her happy place.
During her time at LIB she of course was thinking about what was the next move, she wanted more freedom, greater impact and essentially more money. She went out on a limb and decided to take a lash class. Now before you think, “What on earth made her randomly think about taking a lash class?”
She had already been getting her lashes done for about 3 years at that point and FELL in LOVE with the process, the feeling and the connection you have with your lash artist so she figured WHY not try this in hopes to get free lashes.
She took her first lash class in 2018 with Sassy Lashes and it was history from there. During her career in the lash industry she’s worked for herself and most recently, a very well know salon in Henderson. During her 3 year journey at time at this company, she was the head trainer and traveled across the country to train women on how to do lash extensions. She also filmed informational youtube videos and help build the training class program!
Her experience, expertise, knowledge has led her to create Lash Bestie Co. in hopes to give someone that same dream of helping others become success, independent and financially free by making people feel amazing. That moment when you open your eyes and look at your lashes is the best feeling that no one else except a lash artist can give.
