At Lash Bestie, we’re looking for motivated, driven and mindful trainers to go out and train our global lash classes.

You must have a natural high energy personality. You must be able to roll with the pouches and get along with a variety of different personalities and attitudes. You must be open minded and pay attention to details and essentially be emotionally intelligent.

MINDSET

You have to already have a positive mindset along with a growth, abundant and forward thinking mindset. This is something that cannot be taught but can be expanded in the right setting. You must naturally have a passion to help people!

You must have an open schedule, you will be notified 30 days prior to your class date but things may come up that you will need to be available for. Each class is between 2-4 days with 1 day for travel.

This is MUST. Being on time is of the utmost importance. You must be a person that takes people's time very seriously. We run a very strict time schedule and it’s vital that you show up on time every time.

In order to be a great trainer and educator, you must have high energy. There are long days that you are teaching for sometimes and making sure your energy is at the forefront of your day is very important. Rather that’s natural energy or caffeine, you must have it to be successful at this.

How you show up is everything, your attitude must be uplifting, non-confrontational and humble.You must natural leader and enjoy being a resource or many people

COMMUNICATION

You must be an excellent communicator with the student and with the staff at Lash Bestie. This is something is of the upmost importance. We are sometimes communicating all day and if you have the ability to update your team properly will lead to success.

What do you do when no one is around? This is a vital trait of a leader, making sure you do what you say you’re doing even if no one is watching or checking up on you

Due to the nature of this position, your patience is definitely tested so you must already possess this trait to be considered a trainer. We are teaching people something they’ve never done before so we have to willing to allow them to take their time with this process and not rush or get agitated with them.
